The Exeter Ranch
Just when you think you have it all figured out, genius strikes! We established the Fairlea Ranch with 1,500 acres in Badger, California. And we attended competitions and shows all over the state. One of our favorite places for events was Whitney's Wild Oak Ranch in Exeter. Leonard Whitney was gracious enough to sell this property to us and we are making it a showplace for events and western performance horses. [ Driving Directions ]
The Perfect Compliment
The place had changed hands a few times,
but eventually we were in "the right place at the right time." We
acquired the 50 acres of flat, irrigated pasture, and re-named it 
the Fairlea Ranch Exeter. The Exeter facility is the perfect
compliment to the rugged landscape of our Badger location. Easy
access from major highways and in the center of California's
ranching industry make the ranch an ideal destination for horse and
non-equestrian events alike.
For 2012 we will be
hosting a series of cow horse practices, low number ropings, and
other horse events. The ranch is also available for Community
Events, Private Parties and Retreats.

Thank you for putting on another great show last weekend. The ground was good, cattle great and I loved the reins and Classic Equine feed bags!
You have been wonderful friends and supporters of the NRCHA and we appreciate it.
