Fairlea Ranch – Exeter

Fairlea Ranch Exeter

Exeter Address:
31535 Road 204
Exeter, CA 93221
(559) 972-6063

From Highway 99, to east on Highway 198 East
(To Sequoia and Visalia)
(WARNING: the turn off to 198 is easy to miss)
Stay on 198 through Visalia. Eventually you will be in ‘farm’ country, keep going.

At the first stop light is a Chevron gas station on the left. Keep going. At the second stop light you will see a big “Woodlake” sign on the left and the road signs will say “Route 245” to the left and “Road 204” to the right. TURN LEFT at this intersection.

Go exactly 2.3 miles. You will come to a big sweeping right hand turn with a big “20” mph sign. KEEP GOING STRAIGHT AHEAD. Be careful of this turn – it’s very dangerous because vision is limited.

You will now be on a dirt road. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS to our neighbors and drive slowly.

Keep going straight ahead until you see the Fairlea Ranch sign and the yellow gate, turn left and you have arrived.

Fairlea Ranch – Badger

Fairlea Ranch

Badger Address:
46565 Dry Creek Drive
Badger, CA 93603
(559) 972-6063

From Highway 99, to east on Highway 198 East
(To Sequoia and Visalia)
(WARNING: the turn off to 198 is easy to miss)
Go EAST on 198 through Visalia. Eventually you will be in ‘farm’ country and finally the highway will turn into a two lane road. At the first stop light you will see a Chevron gas station on the left. Keep going straight. At the next stop light you will see a big Woodlake sign on the left and a railroad crossing just ahead. Keep going straight ahead.

Watch the mileage carefully:
From the “Woodlake” sign you will travel 8.3 miles on Highway 198 until you make the next turn.

Stay on 198 through Lemon Cove. There are two “s” curves before you get to the turn off for Highway 216.

There is a Gas Station/Food Mart at the corner where you are to turn on to Highway 216. You can only turn left here, so turn left. [Note: This is the last place to get gas. There is no gas in Badger, or The Park.]

Go 1/2 mile and cross the bridge. Make a quick right turn after the bridge and go up J21 exactly 15.5 miles. (You can’t get off Dry Creek, unless you go over the side. There are no turn offs.)
You will know you are about one mile away from the Ranch entrance when you reach the “10” miles per hour sign at the sharp hairpin turn. (There is only one “10” miles per hour sign on the whole road.)

Go past our tennis court, on your left. Next, on the left, comes our White Barn, then the Main House driveway and the two white houses. KEEP GOING! The Arena is around the next bend in the road, and that is probably where we are!
