2.5 miles north of Hwy 198. Fairlea Ranch Exeter is conveniently located to; Visalia, Exeter, Woodlake, etc.
The Fairlea Ranch Exeter facility consists of 50 beautiful acres with over 200 trees of all types, providing plenty of shade and cool temperatures on even the warmest summer day.
The equestrian show park facility is immaculately groomed and maintained with irrigated pastures and lawns. Frequent watering of the interior trails and roads keeps dust to a minimum.
Exeter showground facilities include:
• 300′ x 150′ roping/cow horse pen
• 240′ x 115′ cow horse pen
• 140′ round pen
• Cutting pen
• Starting pen
• Warm up area
• 20 acres of cattle pastures
Fairlea Ranch Exeter hosts WPRA, WCBRA, ACBRA, ACTRA, AQHA, NRCHA, NCHA approved competitions.
The ranch is also available for community events, private parties and retreats.
